Review:A recent retelling of a classic French tale of a gentleman thief, this movie was enjoyable but left me somewhat unsatisfied. The character's grandson is the subject of some very popular and famous Japanese animation, and I guess I was expecting the movie to feel more like a live-action version of that. It was a little bit darker, with more gore and tragedy, but all of the contrived plot-twists and inconceivable stunts and action that come off as charming in animation just come off as unrealistic and cheesy here.
Pretty much all content on this page was created by Donkeymon. Probably not all of it, but most of it. Thank you for looking at it. I guess you shouldn't steal it, unless I stole it in the first place. But really I don't see what the big deal is.
