Recently,
everyone is using Photoshop to simulate pictures taken with a tilt-shift lens, which in turn simulate photos of models of the things you are photographing. The lens costs like a few hundred dollars, but it's really easy to do in Photoshop,
as this tutorial demonstrates.
Here is a picture I took from my friend's mansion, of the triple-decker parking spaces they have. These are pretty common at big apartment complexes, because space is at such a premium. But it still seems like a pain in the ass to have to crank that thing all the way up every morning just to get your car out, although in this case the guy is using the bottom level to store his jet-ski.
